CSR basic policy
In promoting CSR activities, Toyo Electronics Co., Ltd. has formulated a “CSR basic policy” based on “human rights and labor”, “compliance”, “quality and safety”, “information” and “environment and society.”
Human rights and labor
– Human resources development
We will strive to develop human resources who are responsible for next generation in order to achieve continued growth of the organization. In addition, we will be always conscious of career development
– Respect for human rights
We will respect fundamental individual rights (nationality, citizenship, race, skin color, creed, religion, lineage (ethnicity), marital status, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation, place of birth, social status, and other information specified by local laws and regulations etc.).
– Healthy work environment
We will try our best to maintain a healthy workplace with a positive atmosphere, and we will make sure that there is no power or sexual harassment in our workplace.
– Prohibition of forced labor and child labor.
We will not employ illegal workers such as forced labor and child labor.
Compliance
– Fair and transparent transactions
We comply with domestic and international laws and regulations, do equal and transparent business with all business partners, and attend fair and free market competition.
– Proper accounting and tax payment
We will do accounts processing and pay taxes properly based on laws.
– Maintaining healthy relationships with related parties
In order to maintain healthy and transparent relationships with business partners, we will comply with related laws and regulations and will not give or receive entertainment or gifts more than necessary.
– Respect and protecting of intellectual property
We will respect the intellectual property rights of others and keep in mind not to infringe on them, and will also strive to protect the intellectual property rights of the company.
– Avoiding conflicts of interest and distinction between public and private life
We will be careful not to seek our own or third party’s interests which will be contrary to the interests of the company. Moreover, we will be aware of our public and private positions and act with integrity to properly and appropriately manage company assets

We strive to improve the quality of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. We recognize that the safety of our products, services, and customers is a particularly important issue in our business operation, and we strive to provide products and services that function safely and can be used without anxiety.

– Proper information control
Important information held by company, such as corporate information and personal information, will be considered needs security protection and will be managed in accordance with laws and internal regulations.
Environment/Society
– Social contribution activities
As a corporate citizen, we will actively work on social contribution activities by focusing on local culture, climate, and issues facing the country. We will also strive to create an environment where employees can voluntarily participate in social contribution activities.
– Preservation of natural environment
In order to protect the only one global environment, we comply with environmental laws and strive to conserve the natural environment through our corporate activities.
– Preventing anti-social forces
We have no relationship with individuals or groups which is contrary to public order or morality, or any anti-social forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society, and we will not do anything to encourage those activities.
